> A typical representative of the classic style of champagne. After secondary fermentation, the wine was aged on the lees for a further three years. The delicate and elegant champagne is bright yellow in colour. Aromas of red currant, orange peel and white pepper are detected by the smell. In the mouth, the wine is delicious and very juicy. We smell especially red fruits and subtle nuances of ripe apples and citrus fruits.. The finish is pleasantly mineral. This very fresh champagne is an ideal aperitif, but can also be served with light appetizers or seafood.

On the palate, the wine is fresh and elegant, with ripe citrus fruits, tropical fruits and a distinct minerality with a hint of honey. > Straightforward semi-dry red wine from Italian winemaker Carlo Bottero, Dark red colour. Aromas evoke cooked plums and wild spices. In the mouth the wine is soft and pleasantly drinkable, the tannins are subtle. The flavour is reminiscent of plum pudding with subtle vanilla undertones and a light touch of forest undergrowth. It is suitable for roasted or stewed meats - preferably beef, lamb or game.

> Founded in 1766, the ancient winery is now run by a descendant of the original owners, Count Rodolphe de Pins. On the bottle's label we see a romantic painting of the chateau before its latest reconstruction, painted by the famous writer Victor Hugo during one of his frequent stays. The nose is dominated by notes of red berry fruit. The palate is full and rich, with expressive and elegant tannins. The finish is long and juicy. This opulent wine retains its natural freshness and fruitiness, thanks to the fact that it is vinified and then matured exclusively in stainless steel tanks.

> The prestigious cuvée of this great Rhône winery. 70% of the wine was matured in older barriques, the rest in cement tanks. Dark red in colour with violet highlights, the aromas of black fruits are intense and complex, with subtle touches of spice, vanilla and noble wood. The rich and structured taste evokes blackberries, blackcurrant, raspberries, vanilla and liquorice. This wine is similar to the famous Châteauneuf du Pape appellation. Thanks to its aromatic complexity, the wine pairs well with aromatic and spicy dishes.

Gevrey-Chambertin «Vieilles Vignes» 2015 – Château de Laborde

> The owner of the winery is Hervé Kerlann - a specialist in Gevrey-Chambertin appellation wines. The concentrated wine from the famous 2015 vintage bears his distinctive signature. The grapes were harvested from parcels that are more than forty years old. After vinification, the wine matured for twelve months in barriques (50 % new). The colour is ruby red, the aroma intense and fruity; we smell black fruits, dried rose and violet petals and cedar wood. The mouth is rich and complex, the structure is perfect and the tannins fully mature and elegant. The wine combines finesse and elegance with power and strength of fruit structure. Hervé Kerlann says of this wine: 'It is an iron fist in a velvet glove'. I couldn't agree more.
